 The Innovator’s Society is an annual giving program designed to help build a lasting and sustainable funding source for the Cardiovascular Innovation Institute. Your unrestricted Innovator’s Society gift helps us find answers to cardiovascular disease while providing flexibility to meet emerging needs and seize new opportunities. Membership in the Innovator’s Society starts with a minimum gift of $1,000, and includes the following benefits:

  • Your name highlighted in the “Partners and Funding” section under the Support section on the CII website and in the quarterly CII newsletter
  • An invitation to the annual donor recognition reception
  • A quarterly newsletter that will provide you inside information on CII research activities

 

Diamond ($25,000 and above)

  • Yearly invitation to dine with top CII investigators in a small, intimate setting giving you exclusive access to researchers and networking opportunities with other top donors
  • Personal article highlighting your passion for the CII mission in the CII newsletter
  • Customized tour upon request (based on researcher availability) to see first-hand how your donation supports the CII
  • One complimentary annual complete heart check-up and evaluation
  • Your name on the Innovators Society Diamond Level recognition plaque displayed on the first floor atrium of CII
  • Specially designed Innovator’s Society Diamond Level recognition gift
  • Complimentary parking at CII
  • Invitations to CII special events and distinguished speaker series

 

Platinum ($10,000 to $24,999)

  • Your name on the Innovators Society Platinum Level recognition plaque displayed on the first floor atrium of CII
  • Personal article highlighting your passion for the CII mission in the CII newsletter
  • Specially designed Innovator’s Society Platinum Level recognition gift
  • Complimentary parking at CII
  • Invitations to CII special events and distinguished speaker series

 

Gold ($5,000 to $9,999)

  • Your name on the Innovators Society Gold Level recognition plaque displayed on the first floor atrium of CII
  • Specially designed Innovator’s Society Gold Level recognition gift
  • Complimentary parking at CII
  • Invitations to CII special events and distinguished speaker series

 

Silver ($2,500 to $4,999)

  • Complimentary parking at CII
  • Invitations to CII special events and distinguished speaker series



If you wish, you may also make a specific (restricted) gift. These gifts may be designated to an area most personal to a donor, including research and patient care. In either case, your tax-deductible donation is a gift of hope to hundreds of thousands of people throughout the world suffering from cardiovascular disease.

Innovator's Society gifts may be made online at U of L giving, by choosing "Other" and entering Cardiovascular Innovation Institute in the appropriate space or mail your gift to:
